At Sydney, the road to the Golden Slipper kicks off at Rosehill, where the rail moves to the +6m position on a Good Track.

Key Slipper lead ups hold the interest on the card, with the babies stepping out in the Group 3 Arrowfield Cannonbury Stakes & Widden Stakes. The feature sprint race is the G3 Southern Cross Stakes.
