It's COLD ???? for us here in Florida. Temperatures dipped down into the low 30s last night and I thought it was a great time to haul out my beautiful mink coat. Yes those in Florida have them because we travel other places in the winter. The rest of the year it's in cold storage.

So I thought it would be kind of fun to wear it while I'm mixing up this new cocktail for you called
Paper Plane
To a mixing glass add
3/4 of an ounce of fresh lemon juice
3/4 of an ounce of Aperol
3/4 of an ounce of Frenet-blanca
3/4 of an ounce of bourbon of your choice
Add ice to the glass and with a stirring spoon mix until cold .
Double strain into a coupe glass and enjoy !
