Blue Lagoon is a geothermal spring, and a popular tourist attraction, that is located about 23 km from Keflavik International Airport and about 47 km from Reykjavík, Iceland. At the Blue Lagoon, springs are kept at a temperature of about 90 degrees Farenheit. Activities at the Blue Lagoon include bathing, silica skin treatments, saunas, and total relaxation. Blue Lagoon changing and locker rooms are immaculate, and there is also a snack bar and a gift shop. You must have a full nude body shower, to insure cleanliness, before entering the springs at the Blue Lagoon.
