Welcome back to Afters... with Joe and Chelsea. We are rounding off our topic on nutrition and talking about some of the everyday challenges we can face when it comes to our nutrition and sticking to a routine.

One of those things that I can think everyone can relate to, is travelling. Whether it's for work or for a holiday, how many of you struggle to keep in some sort of routine with our nutrition while we're away from home?
