We had such an incredible honeymoon in Iceland, and we're stoked to share our adventures around the Ring Road with you. This video features the highlights, and I've included our day-by-day itinerary below for your reference; if you ever want to visit Iceland I hope our travels can offer some assistance!

There's an Icelandic saying, "þetta Reddast" which translates to, "It will all work out okay." That saying proved to be true throughout our adventures in Iceland (as it is with all travel, right?!)

DAY 1:
Pick up the campervan from Snail.is -- Motorhome Rental
Lunch at Prikid (they put blueberry jam on their burgers! yum)
Grocery shopping at Bonus
þórufoss Waterfall
Community pool and hot tub in Arkanes
Glanni Waterfall
Hvammstangi Campground

DAY 2:
þrístapar : "lava boobs" & last execution in Iceland took place here in 1830
Gódafoss waterfall
Hverfjall crater

Mývatn Nature Pools
Camping Mývatn Bjarg

DAY 3:
Breakfast wrap at Balú Food Caravan in Myvatn
Dettifoss waterfall : europe's most powerful waterfall
Seyðisfjörður : cute town on east coast; failed hitch hiking attempt
Seyðisfjörðurcamping site

DAY 4:
Nordic restaurant buffet breakfast and editing
On the way to Borgarfjorður we stopped at a hiking trail (Vatnsskard to Storurð)
Borgarfjorður: Puffins at the marina!
Eglisstadir pool and campsite

DAY 5:
Hiking to glacier Skálafellsjöku, a glacier from the Little Ice Age
Jökulsárlón ice sculptures lagoon
Svinafell Campsite

DAY 6:
Svartifoss Waterfall
Hjörleifshöfdi hike (Viking ruins on top of mountain, v windy)
þakgil campsite north of Vik

DAY 7:
Vik gas station soft serve ice cream
Sudur-Vik Restaurant for lunch (great soup, and legit pizza!)
Plane crash on Sólheimasandur black sand beach
Reykjadalur : hike in a beautiful valley with a hot river running through
Tjaldsvaedi Campsite in Grindavík

DAY 8:
7am Blue Lagoon, the water was 100 F, 38 C
Return snail
Lunch at Lebowski : burgers
Microbrews at Kaldi
Reykjavik Roasters : coffee
Dinner at Mytur Og Drykkur

DAY 9:
Diving at Silfra : where the Eurasian and North American continent tectonic plates meet
Lunch at Prikid
Walking in Reykjavik
Dinner at Höfnin for lamb dish

DAY 10:
Morning flight back to London
