Hi, My name is Tracey and I'm from Edinburgh, Scotland. I've been on a weight loss journey since Jan 2019! I started with Slimming World for a couple of years but then switched to a Calorie controlled diet in April 2020, when I reached my target weight to give me more freedom to eat what I want and still maintain my weight. After gaining some weight over the festive period I am now back on Slimming World.

As well as video's documenting my weight loss/ what I eat, I also upload shopping hauls, cook with me videos, travel vlogs, family vlogs and every December I upload a Daily Vlogmas video.
