Nordkapp ("The North Cape") is traditional tourist attraction in Scandinavia. It is referred to be the norhternmost point of Europe which is not actually true. It is on an Island (Mageröya). Kinnarudden near Gamvik is the nothernmost point of the European Continent.
But in any case the North Cape might be the world's northernmost (71°10′21″N ) point which is easy reachable for everyone - because there is a roud to the place (opened in 1956). - so even disabled ipeople can enjoy the view of the Norwegian Sea. Kinnarudden can be reached only by hiking a demanding track. Before the roud tourist visited the place by boat and climbed up the hill.
