On 17 May 1967, ITN's Sandy Gall reported from the Swedish capital of Stockholm, as the country prepared to switch to driving on the right side of the road. The chosen date for the change, 3 September 1967, soon became known as Dagen H ("H Day"), a reference to "Högertrafik", the Swedish term for right-hand traffic. Gall interviewed Minister of Communications (and future prime minister) Olof Palme, members of the Swedish Automobile Assocation, and road users about the scheduled change.
