Here's part 2 of the 4-part Friends Along the Mullica Presentation Series! For this session, we were joined by Ocean County Soil Conservation District’s Education and Outreach Specialist, Becky Laboy; Barnegat Bay Partnership’s Public Outreach Coordinator, Karen Walzer; and Co-chairs for the NJ Native Plant Society, S.E. Chapter. Check it out to learn about the impacts of invasive species on the ecosystem & what you can do to help!

This 4-part program series is based on the film “Friends Along the Mullica” created by Go Green Galloway. This film addresses environmental issues being experienced within various towns along the Mullica River/Great Bay Estuary including storm water management, invasive plants, stresses from climate change (flooding, marsh loss, etc.) and marine debris/litter/illegal dumping.
