Locally roasted (just a few weeks old) ecological espresso beans from Stavanger Kaffebrenneri, bought at Helmer Te & Kaffe in Stavanger, Norway. This time I grinded them myself in a borrowed Eureka Mignon grinder. 14gr in double shot basket, aiming for 1:2/3 ratio and 25 secs. Stopped video too fast but it came out excellent at 40 grams/ml. Plenty of crema! A lot better when I got to adjust the grind setting.
