Hello! In today's episode, we leave Spain and finaly enter into Portugal. We stop at the most wonderful swimming lake before heading over to meet Nick on his off grid land and homestead. We spend a couple of lovely days with Nick, Denise and Layla and give you a quick tour of their off grid living.


We had been 'stuck' in the UK (again) since returning to see loved ones over Christmas while we waited for our D7 Visa for Portugal. After nearly 6 months of waiting, we are finally off! This was a mammoth task as we haven't had the Covid vaccine, so we had to transit trough France to Spain in 24 hours or less! (see previous videos) Today we finally make it into Portugal. Follow us on our adventure to the sun! As we start looking for land in Central Portugal that we can turn into our own off grid haven.
