I am constantly being asked how can I hold my breath longer when spearfishing and what is my breathe up technique. In this video I am taking a different angle. Not so much things to help you hold your breath but things you might not be aware of that are crippling your breath hold. I am not a trained freediver nor have I had any freediving training. These are my personal experiences in my spearfishing journey and not intended as a substitute for formal training.
